We love our Ducks and Geese. It’s easy to lose 10 minutes or a lot more watching them. They are quite silly and comical. The Geese, i love best. They have a quality which i find has such a calming effect on me. They have a gentle bouncing waddle which is so sweet to see when they pad towards me hoping for treats! They come running in the morning, flapping their wings, each one racing to be at the front of the queue. I sometimes offer them bread in the hope they will learn to take it from me. Instead they honk and hiss – in a friendly way – but still keep coming closer. 2 inches to go!
