We still have some Pork available from our last collection from the butcher, it’s all gone down to freeze now, and we are making ‘Great menu of the week Hampers’.

Great Menu of the week Hamper – available now…. £50

2 packs of sausages – Make a Toad in the Hole , Sausage Casserole, or Just Sausage Mash n Gravy or Sausage Egg n chips

1 Diced Pork pack – Make a lovely Sweet n Sour Pork dish or a Curry

1 Pack of Mince – Make a Spaghetti Bolognese or a Chilli or Lasagne

1 Pack of Belly Slices – Lovely with Chips n Beans or a flavoured Rice

2 Rib Racks – slow cooked in the oven and seasoned, great finger licking BBQ ribs with chips or Roasties or Baked Potatoe

1 Sunday Joint – Roast a Leg or Shoulder or Belly or Loin joint of Pork

The Newgate Farm 1/2 pig, is some of all of the cuts from a side of one of our pigs, so you get a full compliment of all cuts available. It is not a complete side because we grow our Pigs on for longer-our Pigs often weigh in at 100-120kg each.

So the Newgate Half costs £165 and your meat weighs approx 17.5kg and consists of…..

All our Pigs are Pure British Saddleback and British Saddleback crossed with Pietran 3/4 Saddleback/ 1/4 Pietran.

We sell all Pork Cuts individually as well, so you don’t have to buy a mass of meat in one go.
