What is in a 7-Day Pork Hamper………?
Different cuts of Pork for 7 days of family dinners.
- 2 packs of large Traditional Sausages, to make Toad in the Hole, Sausage Mash n Gravy, Sausage Casserole, Easy Hotdogs, or Sausage Egg n Chips
- 1 pack of Diced Pork, makes a great Curry, Wraps or a Sweet n Sour
- 1 pack of Belly slices, goes great with Mash, Veggies n Gravy, Chips n Beans, or Vegetable Rice
- 1 tube of Sausage Meat, for the best sausage rolls, Heart attack Pinwheels – yes that’s what I said! Or top of the list …. Scotch Eggs. They are so easy to make and you’ll never buy them premade again, I’ll get the recipe on our website for you.
- 1 pack of Pork Mince, make 4 burgers, a Chilli, Meatballs or Spaghetti Bolognese…. never had it with Pork mince before? Try it!
- 1 Pork Roasting Joint – a leg, loin, belly or shoulder joint. It doesn’t necessarily have to be roasted, with all the trimmings and veg. You could slow cook it for Pulled Pork, BBQ or any seasoning. Cook a Pork Casserole or make Gyros with it –
